Financial
Support
Chartered in 1977, the Last Alarm Club is a 501 (c)(3) entity.
Through membership fees, fund-raisers, and donations from caring
individuals and businessess, the Last Alarm Club seeks to lessen
the financial burden of the Fire Fighters families who have already
suffered a tragic or crippling personal loss.
The Last Alarm Club dedicates itself to the moral and financial
support of Houston Fire Fighters. One hundred percent of all monies
go directly to the fund. The Board of Trustees volunteer their
services, therefore there are no administrative costs.
There are currently two active ongoing fundraisers. The
Last Alarm Club has joined with local grocery store programs
such as Krogers "Share Card", and similar programs with Randalls
and Gerlands, which have been quite successful. To participate
in these programs simply click
here and print a copy of cards. The next time
you go to the grocery store, simply hand the clerk your card before
checking out. A percentage of your purchase is refunded back to
the Last Alarm Club. The second fundraiser is the annual City
of Houston Combined Municipal Campaign. All of you who's offices
participate in the Combined municipal campaign, why not show your
support this year by choosing the Last Alarm Club!
All donations to the Last Alarm Club come with a tax-deductible
reciept. For donations over $100.00, the contibutor will recieve
a handsome certificate and a custom decal.
The Last Alarm Club asks that donations be made by check
or credit card.
